Seriously?!

Normally I don't post rants, but this has happened twice now. I'll randomly search for posts from other Second Lifers featuring one of my creations.  Two different hunters posted pictures of where past hunt object was hidden.  WTF?!  Really?!  Yes, I know it was from a past hunt, but this still irks me.

I build because I enjoy it. If you want free stuff, that's great.. I mean, who doesn't love free stuff? Yet, keep in mind that I work very hard on each and every creation, as does every other creator. I don't have to offer it in a hunt, and I do so because I like to think that my creation might make someone's day when they open the box or folder. Needless to say, both bloggers have been banned from my shop.

Feast of All Saints Sneak Peek

It's not a Halloween hunt, nor is it a Catholic hunt. It's a hunt designed to allow the vendors to pay tribute to our own personal saints.

I've been going through a very rough time in Real Life, and there have been a LOT of days where I feel extremely depressed and distraught. Every time I felt this way, I would see a monarch butterfly.  You might not think this is anything special, but for me to see one just about every day is something special. Especially when they were flying extremely close to me, nearly a dive bomb :D

No matter how bad I felt, I would smile at the butterflies and I'd feel an overwhelming sense of serenity. I've only felt that once before, shortly after my grandmother passed away.  So I asked my mom if Grandma liked butterflies.  Her response:  "Yes, she loved Monarch butterflies"

This is my tribute to my Grandma Lucille, even though I didn't really have a chance to get to know her that well due to certain circumstances in my life, after all was said and done, I knew she loved me and only wanted the best for me.

The dress includes a red top, a black corset, feather decorations, hand-painted prim skirt and hand-painted glitch pants.
